Steps to Kick Off Your Project
To begin work on your project efficiently, please provide the following materials and information:
Footage Files
Upload all video files that require color correction, grading, and editing. We recommend sending high-resolution masters or original camera files for the best results.
Preferred formats:
- Video: .mov, .mp4, .mxf, .braw, .r3d, .dng
- Audio: .wav, .aiff
- Subtitles or transcripts (if available): .srt, .txt, .docx
Project Brief
Provide a short description of your project. Include the desired look and feel, key themes or goals, and any specific creative or technical requirements.
Reference Images or Videos
If you have examples of the color grading or editing style you’re aiming for, please upload them or provide direct links. These references help us match your visual intent with precision.

Camera and Footage Details
List the cameras used (e.g., Sony FX3, RED Komodo), recording formats, and color profiles (e.g., S-Log3, V-Log, D-Log, Rec.709). This allows us to correctly interpret the footage and apply appropriate color management.
Preferred Deadline
Share your target completion date so we can schedule the workflow accordingly and meet your timeline.
File Transfer Method
If you’re using AVAir, simply upload your assets there. Otherwise, feel free to provide download links via Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or your preferred file-sharing service.
Review Process
We use Replay as our new collaborative review platform. You’ll receive a secure link to view, comment on, and approve drafts in real-time, helping streamline feedback and keep the project moving forward efficiently.
