We’ve set up specific folders to keep your content neatly organized. Here’s a brief description for each folder:

Pre-Production

  • Scripts & Storyboards: Written and visual plans for the film.
  • Casting
    • Auditions: Recordings and notes from actor tryouts.
    • Talent Contracts: Agreements with actors and talent, detailing roles and compensation.
  • Location Scouting
    • Location Photos: Images of potential filming sites.
    • Permits & Releases: Legal permissions required for filming.
  • Production Planning
    • Crew & Contact Lists: Information for all crew members.
    • Props & Wardrobe: Items and costumes for the film.
    • Shot Lists & Call Sheets: Detailed plans for each shooting day.

Production

  • Daily Footage: Organized by each day of production (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, etc.).
    • Raw Footage: Unedited footage from each day.
  • Audio
    • Dialogue: On-set recordings of spoken lines.
    • Ambient Sounds: Environmental sounds recorded on set.
    • Foley: Sound effects created in post-production to match on-screen actions.
  • Production Reports: Daily summaries of shooting progress and issues.
  • Behind the Scenes (BTS)
    • Photos: Still images capturing the crew and set.

Post-Production
